路走到底了，就轉彎。

這是本期商周公孫策專欄的標題，由宏碁ceo蘭奇無預警的被fire起頭，說到戰國時代趙國名將廉頗因為自視甚高讓當時的相國藺相如百般忍讓，後來廉頗看清楚自己始終在相國之下，於是鼓起勇氣負荊請罪。

公孫策認為這才是真正的勇氣，因為願意認輸。

仍記得去年年底安德森要我好好記住的那一天，那天我和他說:我為什麼要認輸，我有什麼錯? 他氣得當下教育了我兩小時之久，他說如果我始終無法學習彎腰忍讓，我的人生已經沒有什麼可能性，我的成就就到此為止。

後來慢慢的體會到，當形勢比人強，你能夠先做的就是保全自己，而認輸只是一個手段，透過認輸來扳平，因為認輸才會臨陣如履薄冰，要成就大事的人，都需要有認輸的勇氣。
